Hello, I'm Sumire, Marketing Director at Re:ADY B.
Thankfully, we have been featured in various media outlets.
We have also received many inquiries.
I think there are many people who are meeting me for the first time, but through this blog and videos ,
I would be happy if you could learn about Re:ADY B.
The Re:ADY B project is working to solve four social issues.
One of them is "Workstyle reform for women."
The core members are all women.
Career change from large companies or different industries, etc.
We have members with different backgrounds.
What we members have in common is that we are all raising children.
One of the biggest hurdles that mothers with many responsibilities face is managing their time.
Because each situation is different, we want to be able to move in a way that suits your lifestyle.
I have a flexible working schedule.
This initiative is based on the experience of our CEO, Karin.
