Setouchi Mirai Design is a project team that uses open innovation to connect various connections between the city and the countryside, between people, and to design a happy future for everyone involved. In the "Re:ADY B" project, we are collaborating with a variety of companies and individuals, centered on our core members. By becoming a HUB, we will expand our business and spread the word to the world while borrowing the wonderful technological capabilities of Japanese culture.

After graduating from high school, he joined a major apparel company. After being involved in store operations in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, he was in charge of public relations and web marketing at the Tokyo headquarters from 2011. In 2013, he returned to Hiroshima. After founding KAZARI as a sole proprietor, he established etc.CARAVAN Inc., which plans and operates outdoor events utilizing idle facilities; TOWN DESIGN LABO Inc., which engages in community development through the effective use of vacant houses and land; and nicopia Inc., which connects business with improving the childcare environment. As a social entrepreneur, he works to solve various social problems in the community. At "Re:ADY B," he is responsible for innovation, new business planning, and brand strategy.
Saori Hirao
General Manager
Saori has over 20 years of experience in international trade, working in various roles such as chemical manufacturing and sales, and integrated trading company logistics. She is also a licensed customs broker. Her experience extends beyond trade operations to include domestic and international audits, contract management, and exhibition participation. At "Re:ADY B," she is responsible for translation, interpretation, overseas sales, and exports.
Sumire Iwaoka
Marketing Director
Sumire Iwaoka has served as a radio station director and an NOP employee, among other roles. She is experienced in interviewing, public relations, and event planning and management.
At "Re:ADY B", she is responsible for creating blog content and product descriptions, as well as coordinating with partner companies.
