Made-to-order pieces
Commission a bag, jacket, suit or dress from our own stock of vintage kimono and obi. Tell us the occasion and any size requirements and we will propose suitable cloth.
Tailoring from your own kimono
Send us a kimono you have inherited and we will remake it. We will first check whether the cloth is suitable and how much of it there is.
Business & co-creation
Corporate gifts, wholesale, collaborations, and our co-creation programme with Type B employment support facilities.
Press & exhibitions
Interviews, photography, loans for exhibitions, and pop-up shop enquiries.
Before you write
- Reply time: normally within 2–3 business days. If you have not heard from us after that, your provider may have filtered our reply — please check your spam folder or write to us directly.
- Lead time: made-to-order pieces take approximately 12 weeks. For tailoring vouchers, the 12 weeks are counted from the day your fabric reaches us.
- Shipping: free within Japan. International shipping is charged by region and shown at checkout, along with duties and import taxes — nothing to pay on delivery.
- Returns: because every piece is one of a kind or made to order, we cannot accept returns based on preference. Please read the Returns and Refunds Policy first.
