当店の商品はすべて一点ものであり、お客様へ特別な価値を提供するために丁寧に選定されております。そのため、以下のポリシーに従い、返品および返金に関する対応をさせていただきます。

お客様都合による返品について

ご購入後のイメージ違いやサイズが合わないなど、お客様都合での返品・交換は一切お受けできませんので、ご了承ください。ご購入の際は、商品説明やサイズ詳細を十分にご確認の上、お買い求めいただけますようお願いいたします。

商品の不備・破損について

商品が届いた時点で破損している場合や、注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合には、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。該当の商品の写真を添付の上、info@readyb.storeまでご連絡いただきますと、速やかに対応させていただきます。商品の状態を確認後、当店の判断で返品または交換対応をさせていただきます。

返金について
