返品・返金ポリシー（English below）

当店の商品はすべて一点もの、または受注生産品であり、お客様へ特別な価値を提供するために一点ずつ丁寧に製作・選定されております。そのため、以下のポリシーに従い、返品および返金に関する対応をさせていただきます。

お客様都合による返品について

ご購入後のイメージ違いやサイズが合わないなど、お客様都合での返品・交換は一切お受けできませんので、ご了承ください。ご購入の際は、商品説明やサイズ詳細を十分にご確認の上、お買い求めいただけますようお願いいたします。

受注生産品・仕立て券について

ご注文をいただいてから一点ずつお仕立てする商品のため、制作着手後の返品・キャンセル・仕様変更はお受けできません。

制作着手前であればキャンセルを承ります。お早めに info@readyb.store までご連絡ください。

なお、素材の状態やご希望の仕様への対応が困難と当店が判断した場合には、当店よりご注文をお断りし、お支払いいただいた代金を全額返金いたします。仕立て券をご利用の場合は、お預かりした生地もあわせてご返送いたします。

一点物の個体差について

着物・帯は裁断する位置により文様の出方が異なり、色・柄・風合いは一点ごとに違います。また、彫金の陰影、革の縫製、寸法などにも手仕事ならではの個体差がございます。これらは不良品ではなく本製品の特性であり、返品・交換の対象とはなりません。

掲載画像は代表的な一例です。実際にお届けする商品とは柄の出方が異なる場合がございます。

商品の不備・破損について

商品が届いた時点で破損している場合や、注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合には、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡ください。該当の商品の写真を添付の上、info@readyb.store までご連絡いただきますと、速やかに対応させていただきます。商品の状態を確認後、当店の判断で返品または交換対応をさせていただきます。

返金について

返品が承認された場合、または当店よりご注文をお断りした場合に限り、返金対応をさせていただきます。返金方法は、お支払い方法に応じて異なりますので、詳細については info@readyb.store までお問い合わせください。

Returns and Refunds Policy

All of our products are one-of-a-kind or made to order, and each is carefully produced or selected to offer special value to our customers. Therefore, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Due to Customer Preference

We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to customer preferences, such as differences from the expected image or incorrect size after purchase. Please carefully review the product descriptions and size details before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items and Tailoring Vouchers

Because these items are made one at a time after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or changes to specifications once production has begun.

Cancellation is possible before production begins. Please contact info@readyb.store as soon as possible.

If we determine that the condition of the material or your requested specification cannot be accommodated, we will decline the order and refund the full amount. For tailoring vouchers, any fabric entrusted to us will also be returned.

Variation in One-of-a-Kind Items

Because kimono and obi are cut individually, the color, pattern, and texture differ with every piece. There is also natural variation in engraving, leather stitching, and dimensions, as each item is made by hand. These are characteristics of the product, not defects, and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Product images are representative examples. The pattern on the item you receive may differ from the one shown.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged or differs from your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us, please attach photos of the issue and email us at info@readyb.store. We will respond promptly. After reviewing the condition of the item, we will offer a return or exchange at our discretion.

Refunds
