販売価格

各商品の販売価格は、商品ページに表示されています。価格は商品によって異なり、予告なく変更される場合があります。

商品代金以外の必要料金

なし。商品価格は、消費税および関税込みの価格となっております。また、送料は無料です。ただし、仕立て券をご利用の際にお客様から当店へ生地をお送りいただく送料は、お客様のご負担となります。

お支払い方法

以下のお支払い方法をご利用いただけます：

お支払い時期

ご注文時にお支払いが確定いたします。お支払いの確認後、制作または発送の手配に入ります。

受注生産品・仕立て券につきましては、代金を先にお支払いいただいたうえで制作を開始する前払い制です。商品のお届けまでに数週間から数ヶ月かかる場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

引き渡し時期

当店の商品は「現品販売」と「受注生産（お仕立て）」の2種類があり、引渡し時期が異なります。各商品の引渡し時期は、商品ページに個別に記載しております。

■ 現品販売（在庫のある一点物）
ご入金確認後、2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。

• 国内配送：発送後 2〜7営業日
• 国際配送：発送後 7〜21営業日

■ 受注生産品（お仕立て・制作を伴う商品）
ご入金確認後に制作を開始いたします。制作期間は商品により異なり、おおむね約12週間を目安としております。正確な期間は各商品ページをご確認ください。制作完了後、上記の配送日数を加えてお届けとなります。

■ 仕立て券（お客様の着物をお預かりして仕立てる商品）
お客様からお送りいただいた生地が当店に到着した日を起算日とし、そこから約12週間程度で仕立てを行います。生地の状態により期間が前後する場合は、個別にご連絡いたします。

■ 共創プログラム（役務の提供）
お申し込み後、担当者よりご連絡のうえ、双方の合意により実施日を決定いたします。

通関手続き、素材の状態、職人の制作状況、その他の事情により、上記の期間を超過する場合がございます。その際は個別にご連絡いたします。

返品・交換について

当店の商品はすべて一点もの、または受注生産品です。そのため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません（イメージ違い、サイズが合わない、色柄が想像と異なる 等）。

着物・帯は裁断する位置により文様の出方が一点ごとに異なります。また手仕事のため、彫金の陰影・縫製・寸法にも個体差が生じます。これらは不良ではなく本製品の特性ですので、あらかじめご了承のうえご注文ください。

商品が破損して届いた場合、または注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、商品到着後14日以内にご連絡いただければ対応いたします。詳細は「返品・返金ポリシー」をご参照ください。

キャンセルについて

■ 現品販売
ご注文およびお支払い確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。

■ 受注生産品・仕立て券
制作着手前であればキャンセルを承ります。制作着手後のキャンセルはお受けできません。着手の可否はご連絡をいただいた時点で個別にご案内いたします。

■ 当店からお断りする場合
素材の状態、ご希望のサイズ・仕様への対応が困難と判断した場合、当店よりご注文をお断りすることがございます。その場合は、お支払いいただいた代金を全額返金いたします。

■ 共創プログラム
実施日確定後のキャンセルにつきましては、個別にご相談ください。

仕立て券をご利用のお客様へ

着物シャツ・着物ジャケットなどの「縫製チケット」は、お客様ご自身の着物をお送りいただき、お仕立てする商品です。

• 生地の送付方法および送料は、お客様のご負担となります。
• お預かりした生地は細心の注意をもって取り扱いますが、経年劣化・生地の性質に起因する破れ・色落ち等について、当店は責任を負いかねます。
• 生地の分量が不足する場合、傷みが著しい場合など、お仕立てが困難と判断した際は、生地を返送のうえ全額返金いたします。
• 裁断後のキャンセル・仕様変更はお受けできません。

役務提供（共創プログラム）について

「共創プログラム 体験スタートパック」は、就労継続支援B型事業所の現場見学および参加型ワークショップを提供する役務です。

• 実施日はお申し込み後、双方の協議により決定いたします。
• 現地までの交通費・宿泊費はお客様のご負担となります。
• 3社限定のため、定員に達し次第、受付を終了いたします。

Product Pricing

Prices for each product are shown on the product page. Prices may vary depending on the item and are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional Fees

None. Product prices include consumption tax and customs duties. Shipping is free of charge. However, when using a tailoring voucher, the cost of sending your fabric to us is borne by the customer.

Payment Timing

Payment is confirmed at the time of order. Production or shipping is arranged after payment is verified.

For made-to-order items and tailoring vouchers, payment is required in advance, and production begins after payment is received. Please note that delivery may take from several weeks to several months.

Delivery Time

Our products fall into two categories — in-stock items and made-to-order items — with different delivery timelines. The delivery time for each product is stated on its product page.

■ In-stock items (one-of-a-kind pieces available now)
Dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Domestic shipping: 2–7 business days after dispatch
• International shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch

■ Made-to-order items
Production begins after payment is confirmed. Production time varies by product, typically around 12 weeks. Please see each product page for details. Shipping time (above) is added after production is complete.

■ Tailoring vouchers (we tailor a kimono you send us)
Counted from the day your fabric arrives at our workshop, tailoring takes approximately 12 weeks. If the condition of the fabric requires more time, we will contact you individually.

■ Co-creation Program (service)
After your application, we will contact you and set a date by mutual agreement.

Customs procedures, the condition of materials, artisans' production schedules, or other circumstances may cause delays beyond these estimates. We will contact you individually should this occur.

Returns and Exchanges

All of our products are one-of-a-kind or made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (differences from the expected image, sizing, or pattern).

Because kimono and obi are cut individually, the way the pattern appears differs with every piece. As all work is done by hand, there is also natural variation in engraving, stitching, and dimensions. These are characteristics of the product, not defects. Please order with this understanding.

We will assist only if an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Order Cancellation

■ In-stock items
Cancellations are not accepted after payment and order confirmation.

■ Made-to-order items and tailoring vouchers
Cancellation is accepted before production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible. We will advise you individually of the production status when you contact us.

■ If we decline an order
If we determine that the condition of the material, or your requested size or specification, cannot be accommodated, we may decline the order. In that case we will refund the full amount.

■ Co-creation Program
For cancellations after the date has been confirmed, please contact us to discuss.

For Customers Using a Tailoring Voucher

Tailoring vouchers such as the Kimono Shirt and Kimono Jacket are products for which you send us your own kimono to be tailored.

• The method and cost of sending the fabric are borne by the customer.
• We handle entrusted fabric with the utmost care, but we cannot be responsible for tears or fading arising from age or the nature of the material.
• If there is insufficient fabric or the damage is severe, and we judge that tailoring is not possible, we will return the fabric and refund the full amount.
• Cancellation or changes to specifications are not possible after cutting has begun.

Co-creation Program (Service)

The "Co-creation Program Starter Pack" is a service providing a facility tour of a Type B employment-support workshop and a hands-on workshop.

• The date is decided by mutual agreement after your application.
• Travel and accommodation costs to the site are borne by the customer.
• Limited to three companies; applications close once capacity is reached.
